DODOPANDA Return Policy
Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing DODOPANDA!
To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, please review our Return Policy before placing your order.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with the product or believe it has a quality issue.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition;
Be returned in its original packaging;
Be free from customer-caused damage, stains, or odors;
Include all original accessories, tags, and any complimentary items.
DODOPANDA reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a partial deduction if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
3. Shipping Damage & Product Quality
Every product is carefully inspected before shipment and securely packed using multiple layers of protective kraft packaging to help ensure safe delivery.
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number;
Clear photos of the product;
Clear photos of the original product packaging;
Clear photos of the outer shipping package.
If DODOPANDA confirms that the damage was caused during shipping or that the product has a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you, including a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Except for items confirmed by DODOPANDA to have shipping damage or a verified manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failure to complete customs clearance, or any other customer-related reason, all resulting shipping and handling costs shall be the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund Process
Contact our customer support team with your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for the return.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.
Return the item to the designated address and keep your shipping tracking number for reference.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
