DODOPANDA Shipping Policy

To help you better understand our shipping process, please review the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Fee
A standard shipping fee of USD $12 applies to all orders.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that order processing times may be extended during public holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume. If this occurs, we will process your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any significant delays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days.
Under normal circumstances, most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, local courier operations, remote locations, severe weather, public holidays, airline delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If such delays occur, DODOPANDA will make every reasonable effort to assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving shipping-related issues. However, we cannot be held liable for compensation resulting from delays caused by these circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
You can track your shipment through your order page or the official website of the shipping carrier.
5. Shipping Information
Please ensure that your recipient's name, shipping address, and contact information are accurate before placing your order.
If a shipment cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to complete customs clearance, or any other customer-related reason, any additional shipping costs, storage fees, customs duties (if applicable), or related charges shall be the responsibility of the customer.
