The autumn sun, like crushed gold foil, filters through the layers of ginkgo leaves, casting dappled light on the ground. A chubby panda lies lazily on a thick branch, its fur gilded by the sun with a soft golden edge. Suddenly, its small ears twitch slightly, as if sensing something. It then lifts one front paw, tilts its round head, and starts scratching the base of its ear slowly. Its movements are unhurried, with a childlike earnestness. Occasionally, when its paw touches its cheek, it pauses to nudge it gently with its moist nose, looking so endearing that one can't help but want to reach out and touch it.
