The snow wraps the entire bamboo forest tightly, even the tips of the bamboo leaves are hung with thin icicles. Several pandas wobble out of their house with their chubby bodies, stepping into the snow pile. Their soft paws sink in immediately, leaving four deep round footprints. A little panda tilts its head, lifts its paw to look at it for a long time, as if wondering why this white stuff under its feet is so fun. Then it steps down again with a "pat", and the snowflakes splashed up land on its nose, making it wrinkle its nose and shake its head.
The pandas nearby are even more lively. Some lie on the snow and rub forward, leaving a long trail where their bellies pass, like a squashed marshmallow. Some chase each other, slipping and falling every two steps. Even if they fall on their backs, they don’t feel pain. Instead, they kick their legs and laugh, kicking the snow around everywhere. One bold panda even climbs to the top of a small slope, stands there unsteadily looking down, then rolls down with a "plop". It smashes several small snowdrifts along the way, and finally gets buried in the snow, only showing a black head. After a long time, it slowly arches out, with snow on its face, like a little old man with a white beard.
When they are tired, they huddle together in the leeward side beside the bamboo forest. Some nap with their paws holding their heads, while others lick the snow off each other's bodies. When their tongues touch the snow, they can't help shivering, but still can't resist licking again. Occasionally, an icicle falls from the bamboo leaves and hits the snow with a "ding" sound. They will all look up together, their big black eyes looking around. After confirming that nothing is wrong, they lower their heads again and continue to enjoy the excitement in the snow.
